PBS offers Adult Continuing Education classes at various locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as virtual options.
Topics are of interest to post- secondary students. Learners who are preparing for a transition to adulthood are encouraged to develop critical thinking, research and study skills, and utilize technology for learning and collaboration. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
PAYMENT CAN BE BY CREDIT CARD, CHECK OR FI REIMBURSEMENT:
3RD PARTY (FI) REIMBURSEMENT/DIRECT BILLING ELIGIBILITY:
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE CLASSES/WORKSHOPS ARE APPROVED FOR REIMBURSEMENT BY YOUR FI. EACH FI INTERPRETS THINGS DIFFERENTLY. THE CLASSES/WORKSHOPS ARE INTENDED TO MEET A NEED IN THE COMMUNITY AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ALL FIs WILL COME TO THE SAME ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION.
PBS WILL PROVIDE A SINGLE PAYMENT RECEIPT FOR THE ENTIRETY OF SESSIONS IMMEDIATELY UPONPAYMENT VERIFICATION.
PBS CAN NOT ACT AS A GO-BETWEEN IN ANY REIMBURSEMENT/PAYMENT ISSUES THAT ARISE.

Avoid Administrative Charges
1) Register ONLY for classes/workshops that you are certain you want to take.
2) Please avoid submitting multiple registrations for the same individual. This results in unnecessary administrative effort.
PBS reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of $40.00 for registration irregularities, withdrawals or multiple registrations or other complications that result in additional administrative efforts. The individual registering will be responsible to pay this.
In addition, if you wish to cancel or dispute a charge, we ask that you contact us directly to resolve the issue rather than going through your credit card company. This will incur extra costs to PBS and we reserve the right to pass those charges along to you. PBS will issue refunds for any cancellations or withdrawals, minus any service charges.

**ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCES FROM PRIOR ACE CLASSES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN A NEW COURSE. If you have an outstanding balance, you will receive an email once you register. Please go to Outstanding Balance Pmt to clear your account.
