Licensed Psychologist
Requirement: Doctoral Degree in Psychology, with background/specialization in applied behavior analysis. NYS License/Limited License in Psychology.

Agency Development
Direct Clinical Intervention
- Conduct Independent Evaluations and assist with FBA overflow as needed
- Provide prescriptions for Adaptive Behavior Services as needed
- Provide direct clinical services for non-autism cases
- Provide counseling, group and individual therapy, and other psychological methods of behavior modification that are restricted to the practice of psychology
- Provide technical support/assistance for difficult, time-intensive, or high risk cases
- Perform psychological testing/evaluation and complete Autism Specialty reports as needed
Staff Development
- Assist Sr. Directors, LBA’s, and LBA candidates (as needed)
- Shares experience in the problems, methods, and ethics of professional conduct and practice
- Utilize library of clinical tools and resources to address training needs of the division
- Participate in monthly group supervision with Sr. Clinical Directors
- Provide intern supervision when needed for intensive practica or fieldwork
- Create and promote a climate of self-study and self-improvement
- Partner with other agencies and provider networks to expand training opportunities
Agency Development
- Monitor overall progress of individuals receiving services
- Work with Sr. Directors to monitor the quality and integrity of required reports (activity notes, BIPs, progress reports)
- Assist in building the agency’s capacity for insurance reimbursement
- Assist in various Projects and lend Support for Publications as opportunities arise
Licensed Behavior Analyst
Requirement: LBA
• Conduct functional analyses for the purpose of identifying the variables controlling problem behavior
• Develop educational and behavioral support plans to address identified needs
• Establish appropriate data collection systems to measure and track progress
• Train staff and providers on the implementation of these plans
• Parent training and skill building at home and in the community
• Provide follow-along services as needed to ensure the successful remediation of problem behavior
• Complete required paperwork (i.e., quarterlies, written plans) in a timely manner

Requirement: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree** in Social Work, Rehab, Counseling, Psychology, Speech, Education, or other Related Field + Talent/Interest in Community Bridge-Building
*RBT or BCBA preferred
• Develop educational plans and implement behavioral support plans to address identified needs
• Provide follow-along services as needed to ensure the successful remediation of problem behavior
• Facilitate person-centered planning as part of the development of a comprehensive transition plan for students 14-21
• Develop internships, job training experiences, and social/recreational experiences based on the interest profile of assigned students
• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their support staff, either directly or indirectly, to find meaningful, lasting connections in their own neighborhoods
• Complete required paperwork (i.e., quarterlies, written plans) in a timely manner
• Complete other limited duties, as necessary for the Director of PBS, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company

• Integrate elements of person-centered planning as part of a coordinated transition planning effort
• Parent training and skill-building at home and in the community
• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their support staff, either directly or indirectly, to find meaningful, lasting connections in their own neighborhoods.
• Complete required paperwork (i.e., behavioral data, quarterly progress reports) in a timely manner
• Complete other limited duties, as necessary for the Director of PBS and/or your immediate supervisor, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company

Requirement: Minimum of College Enrollment or completed coursework in related area; Direct Experience in ABA/PBS; Criminal Background Check; Completion of Required RBT requirements within 60 days

- Responsible for implementing behavior plans and skill acquisition programs developed by a qualified Behavior Analysis supervisor
- Collect data on treatment outcomes using available data collection sheets, session notes, and other measures
- Participate in team meetings and communications with parents, support team members, and Behavior Analysis Supervisor to provide routine updates on progress
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their support staff, either directly or indirectly, to find meaningful lasting connections in their own neighborhoods
- Implement crisis/emergency procedures according to protocols established by Behavior Analysis Supervisor
- Participate in routine supervision with assigned Behavior Analysis Supervisor(s) and implement changes/program modifications as recommended
- Complete other limited duties, as necessary for the Regional Director, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company
