Many of us have a difficult time understanding and processing the unknown. What is the unknown? How do we prepare for the unexpected? Group goals include developing and implementing coping strategies for feelings of anxiety to work toward daily functioning, developing of communication and empathy skills of understanding others' perspectives, and finding comfort and balance in the unknown.
