This group is designed for professionals working in the field of developmental disabilities, including but not limited to a Direct Support Professional, Home Health Aide, OPWDD Provider, Support Broker, Etc. Group goals include developing and implementing coping strategies to apply to the workplace during times of stress and anxiety. Discussion and creation of self-care routine, reducing the overall stress so daily work skills are not leading toward burnout.
