PBS Offers a new slate of ACE Online Classes/Workshops for 2021 Spring 1 Session
WELCOME! Thank you for your interest in PBS Adult Continuing Education Classes/Workshops Online.
Some classes will be held online twice per week and some classes/workshops will take place only once per week. All classes/workshops use the ZOOM video conferencing application. Students should have access to a computer or handheld device and a good WiFi signal to participate effectively.
Instructions for logging into each session will be sent to the indicated email address on the registration form and to any additional contacts that are gathered from the required Student Information Form that is linked in an order acknowledgement email sent immediately when an order is submitted. If you do not see this order acknowledgement email, please check your SPAM/TRASH email folder. The login information is sent the day before the class/workshop is scheduled to begin and these instructions will be the same for all sessions of that class.
Should a student wish to share the login with a support person not indicated during the registration process, it can be forwarded. Please do not forward the logon information with other people interested in participating as students, but refer them to the PBS Consulting web site to complete the registration process. Any unknown persons will be barred from participating and a likely change of password will result if a person is not identified and tied to a registrant.
In addition to the online sessions, students may also be assigned between-session activities or assignments. It is hoped that all participants will complete these to gain the most benefit from class.

THE CLASSES/WORKSHOPS ARE INTENDED TO MEET A NEED IN THE COMMUNITY AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ALL FIs WILL COME TO THE SAME ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION.
PBS WILL PROVIDE A SINGLE PAYMENT RECEIPT FOR THE ENTIRETY OF SESSIONS IMMEDIATELY UPON CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PROCESSING. IF YOUR FI ONLY MAKES REIMBURSEMENTS ON A MONTHLY BASIS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING A COPY OF THE RECEIPT MULTIPLE TIMES TO THE FI. PBS ONLY SENDS A SINGLE RECEIPT FOR ALL CLASS/WORKSHOP SESSIONS REGISTERED FOR.

In addition, if you wish to cancel or dispute a charge, we ask that you contact us directly to resolve the issue rather than going through your credit card company. This will incur extra costs to PBS and we reserve the right to pass those charges along to you. PBS will issue refunds for any cancellations or withdrawals, minus any service charges.
